My Promise to you

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.  Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me.  Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing.  Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.  If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort.  This I promise you.

The Report

The home inspection report is a summation or an impartial second opinion by a trained professional regarding the visual problems observed on the date of inspection only.  To prevent false expectations, the inspector will not find every little problem in the home during his visit as it is impossible to view all areas or experience seasonal changes.  The inspector is not required to move furniture, move stored goods, enter hazardous areas, perform destructive testing, dismantle anything or climb on the roof.

It is the goal of this inspection to put a home buyer in a better position to make a buying decision.  Not all improvements will be identified during this inspection.  Unexpected repairs should still be anticipated.  The inspection should not be considered a guarantee or warranty of any kind.

All components designated in the NACHI Standards of Practice are inspected, except as may be noted in the "Limitations of Inspection" (www.nachi.org)

  • Structural Components
